LSTAR's activities are guided by a 10-Member Board of Directors, which is elected to serve the interests of all Members.

Dale Marsh, Chair

Dale Marsh was born and raised in Clinton, Ontario, and moved to London in 1994. He trained as a Survey Technician at Fanshawe College and holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation.  

Dale became a REALTOR® in 2006 and served on the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2013 and 2014. Dale joined the LSTAR Board of Directors again in 2018. He is LSTAR's 2025 Chair.

He is the Chair of the LSTAR’s Executive and Nomination Committees and also serves on LSTAR’s Discipline, Governance, Political Affairs, and Community Engagement Committees. Dale previously served on LSTAR’s Professional Standards Committee, from 2013 to 2021. LSTAR honoured Dale as the recipient of the 2022 Ron Richardson Memorial Award, which recognizes organized real estate leadership, mentorship, professionalism and community volunteerism, personifying the values of Ron Richardson, LSTAR’s three-time Past President of 1948, 1949 and 1959.

In the community, Dale coached soccer for the East London Soccer Club from 2008 to 2016, was a Scouts Canada leader for four years, has volunteered at the Hockey Helps The Homeless tournament for five years, participated in the LSTAR Salvation Army Christmas Kettle drive campaign for several years, and has helped raise money for Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.) and Merrymount. He enjoys running, cycling and various other sports. 

 

Kathy Amess

Kathy Amess became a REALTOR® in 1993 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2020. She was LSTAR’s 2024 Chair.

Kathy currently serves on LSTAR’s Executive, Finance, Governance, Political Affairs, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committees. She is the Chair of the LSTAR Charity Golf Tournament. 

Kathy has previously served on the Ontario Real Estate Association’s (OREA) Arbitration and Appeals Committee, and LSTAR’s Arbitration, Discipline, Professional Standards, Audit, Education and MLS® Applications Committees. For several years, Kathy also served as Chair of LSTAR’s Brokers Issues Advisory Group, as well as serving on the LSTAR Children’s Christmas Party Committee.

Originally from London, Ontario, Kathy has been a long time supporter of the community with a particular emphasis on organizations that support mental health and addiction services.

 

Robin Tiller, Chair-Elect

Robin Tiller became a REALTOR® in 2011 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2022. She is the 2025 LSTAR Chair-Elect.

Robin is the Chair of LSTAR’s Audit and Risk Management Committee and is the Co-Chair of LSTAR’s Brokers Issues Advisory Group. She currently sits on LSTAR’s Discipline Committee, as well as the Arbitration Committee, which she has served since 2021. Robin is an active Real Estate Educator for the Provincial Program.

Originally from Ailsa Craig, Ontario, Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Science Laboratory Technology diploma from Fanshawe College. Robin is Past Chair of the Strathroy BIA (Business Improvement Area) Board of Directors and is a member of the Grand Bend and Area Chamber of Commerce. 

Passionate about local fairs and community events, Robin enjoys taking “road trips” that explore unique destinations and experiences all across Canada.

 

Neda Beaulac

Neda Beaulac became a REALTOR® in 2014 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2023.  

Neda currently sits on LSTAR’s Discipline and Governance Committees. She previously served two years on the LSTAR Professional Standards Committee and holds the Accredited Elite Advocate designation. 

Originally from Tehran, Iran, her family moved to Canada in 1996, she moved to London to obtain her Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in electrical engineering from Western University. She is a P.Eng licence holder and member of Professional Engineers Ontario. Neda has volunteered for more than 10 years with Forest City Road Races, which raises funds for the Thames Valley Children’s Centre.

She has also held various volunteer positions with her children’s Hockey teams.

 

Blair Campbell, Director

Blair Campbell, the 2020 president, returns to the LSTAR board as a director. He is eager to serve the membership and collaborate with fellow directors to strengthen the organization and prepare for the future. Blair advocates for a collaborative approach to governance, believing it will achieve the organization’s goals and benefit both LSTAR and its members.

Over the past four years, Blair has been the Information Technology Systems of Ontario (ITSO) director, serving as its president in his final year. He has participated in most LSTAR committees and chairs the ITSO Arbitration Committee. Outside of real estate, Blair has been involved with the London Chamber of Commerce and various committees, including the Major Gift Cabinet for the United Way and the organizing committee for the London Business Cares Food Drive.

Born and raised in St. Thomas, Blair moved to London at 16 and has extensive knowledge of the LSTAR jurisdictional area. He is a Broker of Record and brokerage owner with operations in London, the GTA, and Ottawa. Blair has been a member of six different real estate associations, bringing in-depth knowledge of issues facing various associations across the province.

Blair’s business acumen is demonstrated by his experience running a private company and participating in top-level management for Canada’s largest moving company, which earned several accolades. He holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and an undergraduate degree from Western University. Blair is also a member of the London CEO Alliance and a former member of McKay CEO Forums.

 

Dan Grantham, Director

A native of Barrie, Dan joined LSTAR in 2000. Recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International and a past Member of both the Rotary Club of London South and the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of London Foundation, Dan is also a Past President of Tourism London’s Board of Directors.

A recipient of LSTAR’s Community Service Award in 2004 and the Lyn Coupland Outstanding Service Award in 2019, Dan served on the Association’s Finance Committee in 2012 and 2013. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for the London Chamber of Commerce and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Youth Opportunities Unlimited as a past Chair.

 

Lisa Lansink

Lisa Lansink joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2021, and is the Chair of LSTAR’s Commercial Committee, which she has served since 2019. 

Lisa is also the Chair of LSTAR’s Building Task Force, which was created in late 2023 to investigate options for the potential relocation of the LSTAR office from the current location at 342 Commissioners Road West. The task force will be making its recommendation to the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2024.

Her focus in real estate is investment sales, multi-family and apartments, as well as land development and infill sites. 

 

Michelle Orsini

Michelle Orsini became a REALTOR® in 2005 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2023.  

Michelle currently sits on LSTAR’s Professional Standards Committee, which she has volunteered since 2018, including serving as Chair in 2023. She has also served on LSTAR’s Arbitration Committee, Education Committee, and Scholarship Advisory Group, as well as the LSTAR Christmas Gala Committee and Slo-Pitch Committee.  

Born and raised in London, Ontario, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from Western University. She is a Director-at-Large for the Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association and volunteers as team manager for the Mt. Brydges Boys U18 hockey team, which her son plays for. Michelle has also volunteered as Lector at St. Mary’s Parish, treasurer for the London Devilettes Girls U13 BB hockey team and coach of the St. Andre Bessette Catholic Secondary School’s Junior Girls Basketball team.

 

Lindsay Reid, Director

A native of London, Lindsay embarked on her real estate career in 2011 after earning a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and a Marketing diploma from Fanshawe College. Her dedication to her community is evident through her extensive volunteer work with organizations such as the Salvation Army, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, the Forest City Sports and Social Club, Boys and Girls Club, London Ontario Volunteers Expert (chairs), OREA YPN Committee, Daya Counseling, Youth Opportunities Unlimited, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Andy Sheridan, Director

Andy Sheridan became a REALTOR® in 1998 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2024. A lifelong resident of St. Thomas, Andy has over 25 years of experience as a REALTOR® in residential and commercial real estate. He has previous experience in the banking and casino industries.

Andy currently serves on the LSTAR Discipline Committee. He has previously served on LSTAR’s Arbitration, Professional Standards and Governance Committees, as well as the LSTAR Slo-Pitch Committee. 

Andy is a graduate of the University of Windsor, where he earned a degree in Public Administration. He volunteers for Friends of St. Joseph’s High School and has previously served on the board of Milestones Children’s Centre. A past member of the Kiwanis Club of St. Thomas-Elgin, Andy enjoys life in St. Thomas with his wife and three children.
