Changing Market Conditions: What Do Buyers and Sellers Need to Know

The housing market in Southwestern Ontario (and beyond) has started to cool, as evidenced by slowed sales activity, higher levels of inventory and longer durations on market, which has led an eight per cent price decline in LSTAR’s jurisdiction within the last three months. Local experts representing real estate, law and the financial sector engage in a conversation on what they are seeing in the market here in London and region, what they anticipate in the coming months and what it means for Canadian home buyers and sellers.
