CREA Foundations for New Directors Course

This course equips directors (and future directors) with a foundation on CREA’s purpose, services, governance, and legal responsibilities required for a leadership role.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

have knowledge of CREA’s strategic plan;   
understand how CREA’s three pillars (Advocacy, Reputation, and REALTOR® and Consumer Technology) support members and board and association leadership;
understand CREA’s governance, structure and operations; and
learn about by-laws and rules, core standards and federal legislation that directly impact board and association leadership.

This course is approximately 1 hour, and will provide new and future directors with foundational knowledge.
