This webinar provides an overview of how MPAC collects data, measures properties, with instructions on calculating property taxes and where to find them.

Marc Laurin, Sales Account Executive Business Development at MPAC, will show REALTORS® how to access Assessment, Site, Structural, Sales, and the Premium Data licensed by LSTAR including the MLS® data prefill options including Square Footage. We will also provide an overview of MPAC’s Automated Valuation Model (AVM) products customized for REALTORS® and will demo local properties to gain a thorough understanding of how it performs locally.
