What is ReallyTrusted?
ReallyTrusted is a Canadian technology provider offering FINTRAC compliance services for REALTORS® and Brokerages through a mobile app and desktop software.
Features include:
- A compliance officer-level database for audit reports and risk abatement;
- Brokerage level settings that ensure your policies and procedures are administered throughout your agents using the system;
- Automated Business Relationship monitoring that allows you to set appropriate policies for monitoring your business relationships, while delegating that obligation back to the agents;
- In-person FINTRAC Identification so that agents can use their phone's camera to read driver's licence data;
- Remote FINTRAC Identification using privacy-compliant identity verification (using facial recognition through a mobile app when clients are not physically present);
- Specially curated workflows to ensure agents complete the client identification forms properly (including PEP/HIO questions).
