Webinar Description: Although real estate agents are not supposed to give any tax advice to their clients, it is becoming more important to understand tax issues, whether income tax or HST, as they relate to the purchase and sale of real estate. In this new seminar, Mark Weisleder teaches you when to advise your client to seek tax advice prior to signing any agreement of purchase and sale or assignment agreement and how to make sure a deal will actually close when scheduled.
