Webinar Description: Housing affordability continues to be a key challenge in London and area, impacting residents across the housing continuum. For home buyers and homeowners, an income suite could make homeownership more affordable, while also adding gentle density and desperately needed rental units to established neighbourhoods – and helping the City of London meet its goal of 3,000 new units to the supply of affordable housing. This webinar covers the regulations governing secondary – sometimes called “granny or in-law” – suites and coach houses, as well as the regulations around short-term rentals.
